How does MediaInfra pricing work?
MediaInfra charges per-event, not per month. You configure the services you need, receive an itemised ₦ quote instantly on the platform, approve it, and pay via Paystack. There are no subscriptions, no monthly plans, and no hidden fees.
Which cities do you operate in?
We have active deployment hubs in Lagos (HQ), Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano, with the ability to dispatch to other Nigerian cities and select locations across West Africa. Contact us if your event location isn't listed.
How quickly can equipment be deployed?
Our standard lead time is 6 hours from payment confirmation for Lagos and Abuja. Other cities may require 24–48 hours depending on the service mix. Production packages should be booked at least 5 business days in advance.
Can I get a quote before committing?
Yes — that's the core workflow. Sign up, configure your services (dates, location, specs), and you'll receive a full itemised ₦ quote before you pay anything. No commitment until you approve and pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Paystack-supported methods: debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, and USSD. All transactions are in Nigerian Naira (₦) — no FX exposure.
What is included in a Production package?
A Production package bundles infrastructure (connectivity, power, storage, AV-over-IP), on-site crew, and a dedicated Gnetworks production coordinator. It's the full-turnkey option for events that want a single point of responsibility.

What happens if there's a technical issue during my event?
All deployments include on-site Gnetworks engineers for the duration of the event. Our redundant infrastructure (multi-WAN bonding, satellite backup, dual-power) is designed to handle failures without impacting your production.
